HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Each order is charged at a flat rate of 20 USD

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Generally, all orders are delivered within one week of ordering. However, shipments may arrive sooner or later depending on where you live in relation to the BTV swimwear Offices located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

If you do not receive one, please email orders@btvswimwear.com

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

BtvSwimwear uses US Postal Service

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards your order when delivery is made

We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by BtvSwimwear
